Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect in London to lead the technical strategy for customers, owning architecture discussions and driving platform adoption. You will act as a trusted advisor to customer architects and engineering leads, designing scalable, production-grade solutions across data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics.

You will develop a growing technical specialization, coordinate cross-functional resources, and influence product direction by feeding back customer

Qualifications

• 6+ years in solutions architecture, data engineering, or senior technical role.
• Strong coding in Python and SQL with live coding and debugging.
• Deep distributed data systems architecture experience (pipelines, streaming, lakehouse).
• Proficient with Databricks Platform and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience leading architecture discussions with senior stakeholders and doing design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical strategy for accounts from discovery to production deployment.
• Lead architecture discussions delivering scalable, production-grade solutions.
• Advise customer technical leads and directors as a trusted advisor.
• Drive platform adoption and consumption growth within accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver complex solutions.
