You will handle standalone and follow-on competition damages claims, collective proceedings before the Competition Appeal Tribunal, and high-value disputes, with opportunities to grow business development skills and collaborate with economists, counsel and external experts.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–5 years' PQE or equivalent experience in competition disputes.
• Strong interest and capability in Competition Litigation.
• Effective client handling and collaboration with teams.

Responsibilities

• Standalone and follow-on competition damages claims.
• Collective proceedings before the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
• Competition litigation in the High Court.
• Complex commercial disputes involving competition issues.
• Multi-party and cross-border disputes.
• Collaboration with economists, counsel and external experts.
