Atrium Workforce Solutions UK Limited, on behalf of Atrium EMEA, seeks a Client Asset Oversight Specialist to support an end-to-end review programme and strengthen the client asset control environment across the Operations Practice in London. The role focuses on delivering actions, deep dives, and enhancements to QA activities within a regulated financial services setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in client asset oversight and risk controls.
• Strong knowledge of CASS and client money controls.
• Experience supporting control reviews, deep dives, and governance reporting.
• Ability to identify control gaps and drive remediation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Support delivery of actions from the end-to-end CASS review with timely governance.
• Conduct deep dives into client asset processes to identify weaknesses and improvement opportunities.
• Review operations around client money, custody assets, reconciliations, exception handling and control execution.
• Strengthen QA framework for client asset controls across the Operations Practice.
• Increase frequency and effectiveness of control QA activities to enable early issue identification.
• Support automation opportunities to improve efficiency, transparency, and control robustness.
• Prepare governance documents, breach logs, QA findings, and reporting materials for governance.
• Coordinate responses to internal and regulatory reviews related to client assets.
