Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Head of Data and AI to steer data science and artificial intelligence initiatives, setting strategy and delivering measurable business value from data. You will lead analytics, ML, and AI-driven capabilities across the organization, aligning priorities with key stakeholders.

You will establish governance, data readiness, model development, evaluation, and continuous improvement pipelines to ensure value delivery.

Responsibilities

• guiding and managing data and AI workstreams, setting priorities, and ensuring projects move from planning through implementation
• establishing processes for data readiness, model development, evaluation, and continuous improvement, while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to align outcomes with business needs
• communicating effectively about AI concepts, risks, and performance to both technical and non-technical audiences
