Job summary

United Media in London is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our entrepreneurial team. You will own the early recruitment stages, coordinate with the CEO, and help build our insurtech conference brands from our London HQ.

No recruitment experience is required as we will train you; the 12-month internship offers hands-on experience, exposure to senior leadership, and the potential for a full-time role in recruitment or other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with outstanding results.
• UK work permit.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to make people feel comfortable.
• Proactive, ownership mindset and willingness to learn recruiting.
• No prior recruitment experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly strategy sessions with the CEO and candidate meetings.
• Identify and engage potential candidates for outreach.
• Lead initial CV screening (first stage of recruitment).
• Manage Recruitment Software Greenhouse: renew/update postings, refresh job descriptions, ensure sync with FirstMind.
• Report to senior recruitment and CEO.
