Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software operations or related fields.
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects with competing priorities.
• Proven track record in a scaling tech business, ideally in hardware-software or IoT.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Software Ops/Product Implementation team.
• Manage the full software operations lifecycle, including provision and rollouts.
• Coordinate product handover and issue resolution during QC.
