Job summary

Zoom seeks an experienced Physical Security leader to help shape and secure its global facilities and data centers. You will manage security technology programs, partner with Workplace, IT, and EHS, and drive cross-functional security initiatives across Zoom locations.

The role emphasizes design reviews, vendor coordination, and 24/7 business resilience, with travel to global sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in physical security for a multinational.
• Experience with AACS, CCTV, intrusion detection, and alarms.
• Experience leading design/implementation projects in security tech.
• Familiar with threat/vulnerability assessments and incident management.
• Ability to travel globally to Zoom offices and data centers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams on physical security technology and design.
• Lead security planning for new office design, expansions, and restructurings.
• Design and propose integrated security solutions with protection-in-depth.
• Prepare RFPs with technical requirements and cost estimates; support procurement.
• Oversee installation, testing, and acceptance of security systems upgrades.
