Job summary

Dema in London is seeking a Partnerships Manager to turn strategic partnerships into a predictable, high-quality pipeline. You’ll own relationships with a key partner end to end and be measured on the qualified opportunities they bring, with room to grow as more partners come on board.

You’ll work across ad platforms, agencies and martech teams, building repeatable processes, talk tracks and co-branded materials.

Qualifications

• Experience with ad platforms, paid media agencies or martech partners.
• Commercial thinker focused on pipeline and revenue.
• Able to manage multiple partner teams and own end-to-end programs.

Responsibilities

• Own Dema’s strategic partner relationships day to day, from senior sponsors to account teams.
• Turn partnerships into a repeatable referral engine: agree the model, build the process and run it.
• Qualify referred brands against our ICP before handing them to an Account Executive.
• Equip partner teams to introduce Dema with talk tracks, qualification guides and co-branded materials.
• Report on referral volume, quality and conversion, and use data to decide where to invest.
