Job summary

Reddit is seeking an experienced seller to join the Global Strategic Accounts team in London. The role focuses on managing the most significant global advertising partners, leading joint business planning, global strategy, and cross-regional execution in AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

The position requires being based in London in person, with responsibility for shaping global product roadmaps and driving long-term revenue growth across markets.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in digital media or advertising sales.
• Experience orchestrating global partnerships for large multinational clients.
• Proven ability to lead matrixed teams across regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC).
• Experience driving long-term account growth and executive-level negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate multi-market relationships with C-suite executives and agencies to drive global revenue growth.
• Design and execute global joint business plans aligned with partner pillars.
• Provide strategic advisory on macro trends and global consumer behavior.
• Identify untapped territories and position Reddit as a key element of partner media mix.
• Lead global-to-local strategy localization across regions and ensure consistency in execution.
