Job summary

Co-op Childcare in London nurseries is seeking an Education and Quality Manager to lead Educational Excellence alongside regulatory and operational teams, driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

You will coach Nursery Managers, supervise EYFS compliance, and deliver training, with DBS checks and Ofsted readiness. This role blends hands-on leadership with strategic oversight and a commitment to family partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
• Evidence of Right to Work in the UK.
• Clear enhanced DBS with DBS Update Service.
• Excellent knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted framework.
• Experience leading or supporting multiple nurseries.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor nursery managers to improve provision.
• Lead visits to ensure high standards and child outcomes.
• Support Ofsted readiness and internal audits.
• Deliver targeted training and upskill staff.
• Promote family partnerships and brand values.
• Safeguard compliance with EYFS and safeguarding laws.
