Zusammenfassung

MyTutor, part of the IXL Learning family, is seeking Customer Operations Executives to support parents, pupils, tutors and schools across live channels from our London office. You’ll own inquiries end-to-end, deliver empathetic, accurate responses, and drive timely resolutions while meeting SLAs.

Role includes weekday shifts with occasional weekend work, enabling you to grow expertise, contribute to process improvements, and ensure high service quality in a fast-paced marketplace environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain clearly, calmly and honestly.
• Genuine interest in solving problems and delivering positive outcomes for customers.
• Manage competing priorities and work across multiple channels.
• High attention to detail for operational/compliance processes.
• Proactive mindset: ask questions, flag issues, suggest improvements.
• Willingness to learn new systems and build knowledge over time.
• Take ownership of work and use feedback to improve.
• Nice to have: experience in a customer-facing or fast-paced service/marketplace role.

Aufgaben

• Own customer contacts end-to-end across live channels (phone, live chat, email) with clear, accurate, empathetic responses and resolutions.
• Handle queries across all customer groups, adapting communication style to different needs and levels of understanding.
• Meet service level, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets.
• Complete essential operational and compliance tasks to support marketplace operations.
• Apply established processes and raise unclear guidance, inefficiencies, or risks when spotted.
• Collaborate with team lead and peers to manage workload across channels and maintain quality.
• Contribute to improving processes, documentation, or ways of working.
• Build deeper expertise in areas of Customer Operations over time.
