MyTutor, part of the IXL Learning family, is hiring a Tutor Matching Specialist for our London office. You will guide families through tutor selection, pricing, scheduling, and onboarding to ensure a seamless tutoring experience.

Role requires a bachelor’s degree and strong customer-facing skills across phone, email and live chat, with a focus on building trust and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in customer service, admissions, enrollment, hospitality, retail, sales, or other customer-facing roles is valued.
• Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone, are essential.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective customers through tutor selection and booking via inbound phone and email.
• Consult with parents and students to understand goals, scheduling, and budget.
• Recommend tutors matching each family's profile and learning style.
• Assist with booking first session and coordinate calendar logistics.
• Handle account management, re-matching, and billing/refund inquiries.
• Build strong relationships and maintain knowledge of platform offerings.
• Collaborate with the team to improve experiences and processes.
