• Experience in Client Services or project management within a creative agency or consultancy.
• Track record of managing projects from brief to delivery.
• Confident with clients and comfortable leading conversations.
• Highly organised and able to juggle multiple projects.
• Commercially aware and comfortable with budgets and scope.
• Proactive attitude.
• Strong communicator and team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and projects.
• Work with creative and strategy teams to shape briefs, timelines and deliverables.
• Develop proposals, manage budgets, scope and project profitability.
• Manage feedback, approvals and expectations.
• Spot risks and solve problems before they become issues.
• Identify opportunities for further work.
• Support pitches, workshops and new business.
