You will manage supplier invoices, reconcile accounts, and support accurate payments across currencies. The role requires collaboration with internal media teams and external suppliers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fast-paced, complex AP environments.
• Experience with multiple currencies and VAT knowledge.
• Strong communication with stakeholders across different time zones.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with intercompany transactions.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end AP ledger management.
• Process supplier invoices timely per policies.
• Follow up on invoice approvals to smooth processing.
• Handle supplier queries professionally.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations.
• Prepare weekly payment runs.
• Review staff expense claims per guidelines.
• Support wider finance team with ad hoc tasks.
