Foster & May in London is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor with MRICS or FRICS status to work from the new London office. You will manage high-end residential and commercial projects, lead client relationships, and provide mentorship to junior QS colleagues.

Qualifications

• MRICS or FRICS is required.
• Experience across residential and/or commercial projects.
• PQS/consultancy background advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Client-facing role and management of client relationships.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced QS within the team.
• Lead projects from inception to completion and handle day-to-day technical queries.
