Foster & May, a professional Quantity Surveying consultancy, is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor (or Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to step up) for their established North London office. You will work across large-scale data centres, MEP projects, residential and student accommodation.

Qualifications

• MRICS or working towards MRICS qualification.
• Data Centre or Infrastructure project experience is advantageous.
• Strong pre and post contract experience.
• Experience in a UK PQS/Consultancy practice.
• Client facing with good management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small QS team and work toward a position on the board.
• Work across large-scale projects including data centres, MEP, residential and student accommodation.
