Job summary

Milken Institute seeks an Associate to support business and program development in London. This role partners with the team to manage Salesforce pipelines, draft fundraising proposals, and assist with sponsor agreements and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Ideally 2 years of experience in asset management fundraising, business development, partnership building, investor relations, wealth management, international business, or economics.
• Strong project management skills and ability to solve problems in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working with an international team and excellent intercultural communication.
• Fluent written and spoken English; German or French a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple demands, projects, and deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the pipeline and stakeholder lists in Salesforce.
• Support fundraising activities from drafting proposals to sponsor agreements.
• Engage with supporters and contribute to year-round event execution.
• Coordinate across time zones and collaborate with global teams.
• Travel occasionally to other offices or venues to assist with events as needed.
