The Milken Institute in London is seeking a Business Support Assistant to provide administrative, executive, and operational support across the London office. This role covers diary management, travel coordination, budget assistance, and helping ensure the smooth running of the office.

Salary Range: £40,000.00 To £50,000.00 Annually

The Institute hosts more than 200 events each year, with our annual flagship event, Global Conference, bringing together 4,500+ participants from around the world, featuring more than 900+ speakers throughout 200+ sessions over the course of the event.
The Milken Institute is seeking a Business Support Assistant to provide administrative, executive, and operational support across the London office. This is a varied and hands-on role supporting our growing team and helping ensure the smooth and effective running of the office.
The successful candidate will provide diary and expense support, coordinate travel for teams, assist with event logistics and provide on-site support at events.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with excellent judgement and a genuine willingness to support colleagues wherever needed.
Attention to detail, diligence, time management, discretion, proactivity, and the ability to work across time zones are key to success in this position.
This position will work in a professional office environment on a hybrid schedule consisting of three (3) days per week reporting in-person to theLondonoffice location (Tuesday – Thursday), with the remaining two (2) days working remotely. Please understand, this schedule is subject to change at the Institute’s sole discretion.
This person will also be required to travel occasionally to other offices and/or venues to assist with events as needed, requiring occasional work outside of traditional hours.Additionally, this position requires interacting virtually on a regular basis with Milken Institute staff based in other locations in the United States and around the world.
