Job summary

The Milken Institute in London is seeking an Associate to support the Institute’s business and program development team. This role suits intellectually curious candidates with strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic, offering the chance to contribute to a growing global organization.

You'll manage the pipeline in Salesforce, assist with fundraising from proposals to sponsor agreements, engage supporters, and help deliver year-round events across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Ideally 2 years of experience in asset management fundraising, business development, partnership building, investor relations, wealth management, international business, or economics.
• Strong project management and proactive problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English; German or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage pipeline and stakeholder lists in Salesforce.
• Support fundraising activities from drafting proposals to sponsor agreements.
• Engage with supporters and contribute to year-round event execution.
