Qualifications

• 0–2+ years AI/ML engineering experience or equivalent
• Pursuing or completed CS/ML degree; strong academics
• Proficiency in Python and building APIs
• Experience building GenAI programs from conception to production
• Exposure to vector search and hybrid retrieval
• Strong engineering practices: testing, code review, CI/CD
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and development of GenAI applications and AI pipelines
• Assist in implementing tool use, function calling, and orchestration across AI workflows
• Assist in building agent capabilities including context management and memory handling
• Support model experimentation, evaluation, and production deployment tasks
• Write clean, testable code and contribute to APIs and services across the SDLC
• Contribute to evaluation harnesses and reusable components for client contexts
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teammates to build reliable AI systems
• Communicate clearly in working sessions, demos, and documentation for technical and non-technical audiences
• Support client discussions and documentation as part of broader engagement teams
