Thales Avionics, Inc. (AGS) is seeking a warehousing and logistics professional to join our Edinburgh-based Explosive Ordnance Services team.

You will mark and pack stores for dispatch, move stock by road, monitor shelf life, and handle data in information systems, contributing to safety and efficiency in operations. Applicants should have an Australian driver's licence, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-focused safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail with good literacy, numeracy and computer skills.
• A safety-focused mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience in warehousing, logistics, Defence or a similar environment will be highly regarded.

OUR TEAM

Our Explosive Ordnance Services team enables the Australian Defence Force through storage, distribution, maintenance and disposal of these systems, all across Australia. As a turnkey solution, we offer the opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of our business operations, creating huge opportunities for professional growth. Many of our team started in this role and are now in leadership.

Based on the Edinburgh RAAF base, on Kaurna land, your role purpose will be

• Mark and place stores in stock & package for dispatch

YOUR EXPERIENCE

A Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.
