Job summary

Culina Group Limited in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive end-to-end operational projects across the Transformation team, delivering value through logistics, warehousing and transport initiatives.

You will collaborate with operational leaders, suppliers and customers, maintain governance, manage budgets, and report progress to PMO, ensuring changes are controlled and benefits realised.

Qualifications

• Proven project management in logistics, transport, warehousing or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and transport operations.
• Experience with WMS, TMS or related systems.
• Experience managing scope, budgets, risks and change control.
• Ability to translate operational needs into project solutions.
• Strong KPI reporting and cost management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Cross-functional collaboration with multiple business units and partners.
• Strong planning, problem-solving and governance capabilities.
• PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or similar qualifications.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of operational projects through structured planning and governance.
• Oversee CI initiatives within a major transport contract and manage projects within the programme.
• Lead transport and warehousing projects across the business over time.
• Develop project plans, timelines and delivery schedules.
• Define scope, requirements, assumptions, and success criteria.
• Monitor budgets, performance and efficiency savings.
• Produce status reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Support UAT and operational readiness activities.
• Handover projects into business-as-usual operations.
• Capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement.
