Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Runcorn is seeking a Training & Resourcing Manager to lead site training and recruitment initiatives, ensuring compliance with mandatory and refresher programmes while supporting onboarding processes.

You will manage a team of Operational Trainers, partner with the Resourcing Team and stakeholders, and develop annual training plans, schedules and reports to meet business needs and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehousing environment.
• Previous experience leading or coordinating training activities.
• Recruitment, resourcing, or workforce planning experience is desirable.
• E-commerce fulfilment experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong stakeholder management across operational and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site training activities, ensuring colleagues remain compliant with mandatory, refresher, and operational training requirements.
• Manage and develop a team of Operational Trainers, driving a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Work closely with the Resourcing Team, agencies, and operational stakeholders to deliver recruitment plans and support onboarding activities.
• Develop and maintain annual training plans, training schedules, and performance reports to meet business needs and compliance standards.
• Partner with operational and senior leadership teams to identify future recruitment and training requirements, providing guidance and support across the site.
