Tarmac is seeking a Systems Analyst - Logistics to join the IT team, delivering innovative logistics solutions. You will bridge business needs and technology, acting as a subject matter expert for logistics applications and processes.

Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end system enhancements, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing second-line support. The role emphasizes ITIL-aligned delivery within a hybrid UK environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Systems Analyst, Application Analyst or similar role.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of logistics applications and IT service management (ITIL).
• Experience delivering system enhancements and project-based change.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Industry knowledge in logistics, transport or supply chain systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for logistics applications and related processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional system solutions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of system enhancements from design to deployment.
• Provide second-line application support and ensure service delivery against SLAs.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to maintain high-performing services.
• Support change management, governance and internal control processes.
• Drive innovation across future logistics system capabilities.
