Job summary

ISS Facilities Services in London is seeking a Logistics Support Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality logistics services on-site. You will supervise staff, ensure accurate records, monitor attendance and sickness, and maintain strong relationships with the client and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, patients, visitors and Trust staff.
  • Plan, allocate and evaluate workloads, manage annual leave requests, and ensure required target hours are achieved.
  • Manage service objectives, targets, budgets and forecasts, while supporting performance monitoring and reporting requirements.
  • Support payroll processes by ensuring agreed onsite procedures are followed and maintain smooth operational delivery.
  • Recruit, induct, train and manage staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and service standards.

We are seeking a Logistics Support Manager to manage the service to meet and exceed targets across all performance areas and to take responsibility for the day-to-day liaison of the service with the Client.
