Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a Logistics/Transport Coordinator to oversee daily routes, manage sample collections, and coordinate courier arrangements across Europe. You will ensure efficient use of the driving team, create waybills, and track shipments for Diagnostics and Genetics accounts.

The role requires strong communication, organisation, and customer service skills. The position is full-time (37.5 hours) based in Guildford, with responsibility for UK inbound/outbound logistics, customs support,

Qualifications

• Experienced in Logistics / Transport Planning.
• Working knowledge of Dangerous Good Shipment requirements.
• Working in a busy transport office & stock control environments.
• Experience of supervision of teams.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Oversee sample collection and co-ordination of routes to ensure efficient use of company drivers’ time.
• Oversee the daily routes, and suggest where improvements can be made.
• Creating waybills for collection requests outside of in-house driver areas.
• Tracking shipments for Diagnostics and Genetics DHL accounts; support investigations.
• Liaise with laboratory team for logistics enquiries and stock movements.
• Provide quotations for customer logistics enquiries and manage customs paperwork.
