Job summary

VGC Group is recruiting a Logistics Supervisor for a major infrastructure project in Devonport, Plymouth. This full-time role starts Feb 2027 subject to BPSS vetting. Salary is GBP27.92 per hour PAYE with overtime scales and weekend rates. 10-hour shifts on a 7/3 or 7/4 pattern; lodge and allowances available for long-distance workers.

Benefits include 31 days holiday, pension, training, and a daily brief allowance. Contract duration is 4+ years with 3+ years experience recommended.

Qualifications

• CSCS Blue NVQ Level 2 suitable for construction/logistics work.
• SSSTS qualification for site supervision responsibilities.
• NVQ Level 3 for supervisory duties on site.

Logistics Supervisor - Plymouth - GBP27.92 PAYE Full Time Employment

VGC Group are seeking 1no experienced Logistics Supervisor to join a great team on a Major Infrastructure Project in Devonport, Plymouth. This contract is available to start Feb 2027 subject to BPSS Vetting.

Role: Logistics Supervisor

Location: Plymouth

Salary: GBP27.92 per hour, 1.5 x rate after 39 hours in a week, 1.5 x rate first 4 hours on a saturday, 2 x rate rest of the weekend.

Hours: 10 hour Shifts, 7,3/7,4 shift pattern starting Feb/March 2027

Contract: Full time

Duration: 4 years +

Experience: 3 years +

• Lodge available at GBP53.69 per night for anyone living over 50 miles from site.
• Daily Travel allowance available for any operative not on lodge commuting more than 9 miles (in line with CIJC)
