Job summary

Infocus Resources is seeking a site-based Logistics Supervisor to oversee the coordination of labour, plant, materials and deliveries on a major MOD redevelopment project in Plymouth. The role runs Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week, on a PAYE basis with lodge accommodation available.

You will supervise logistics across the site, manage movement of materials and equipment, and coordinate teams to ensure safe, efficient execution while complying with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card is mandatory.
• Previous experience supervising logistics operations on major construction or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to coordinate labour, plant, materials, PPE and deliveries across site.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills are required.
• Reliable and proactive approach to work is essential.
• Must be eligible for BPSS Security Clearance.
• Candidates must hold a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country and have resided in the UK for the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with site management, engineers, subcontractors and delivery teams.

• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety across logistics operations.
• Assist with planning and coordinating site deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records and report any issues to site management.

Job description

We have an opportunity to work on our MOD project in Plymouth, delivering major redevelopment works over the coming years.

PAYE basis

Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)

Must Have:
