Job description

LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting for a Logistics Supervisor.

We seek a confident and dedicated Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily distribution and storage of goods within the Food & Beverage department. You will coordinate and supervise back-of-house logistics to ensure safe and efficient product delivery and storage.

Shift opportunities include:

Full-time, Fully Flexible

Shifts start from 7 am, working 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Flexibility to support during busy periods or as required by business needs.

Role responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a small team, ensuring efficient back-of-house operations
• Coordinate deliveries and collections with drivers and suppliers each morning
• Supervise unloading and safe storage of stock, ensuring all deliveries are signed for, temperature-checked, and quality-checked
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-of-house areas
• Manage storage and removal of redundant equipment and stock, keeping areas safe and clean
• Reject deliveries that do not meet standards and escalate issues to senior management
• Keep accurate records of deliveries and stock movements, reporting discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards
• Conduct routine checks to maintain storage integrity and equipment safety
• Support the team in maintaining safe working practices

Minimum requirements:

• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
• Knowledge of stock control procedures and food safety standards
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer applications
• Drivers must be over 25 for insurance purposes
• Proactive problem-solving skills with attention to detail
