Job summary

Marshall Land Systems is relocating its Cambridge stores and logistics to Merthyr Tydfil, establishing a new high-performing logistics function to support future manufacturing. You will plan and deliver end-to-end transition of inventory, warehouse infrastructure, systems and processes, ensuring continuity of supply to manufacturing.

You will lead the recruitment, onboarding and development of the new logistics and stores team, embed safety and continuous improvement, and work with HR,

Qualifications

Experience in warehouse/logistics within manufacturing or engineering.
Experience leading relocations or logistics transitions.
Ability to manage stock, inventory control and warehouse ops.
Experience guiding teams through operational change.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, coordination and delivery of the stores/logistics transition Cambridge→Merthyr.
Develop detailed project plans, transition schedules and resource needs.
Relocate inventory, equipment and materials while preserving stock integrity.
Ensure continuity of material supply to manufacturing during the move.
Establish warehouse layouts and material flows for the new site.
Lead recruitment and development of the new logistics team.
