Due to their continued success, our client requires a Logistics Specialist to be at the heart of global supply operations, ensuring their clients' customers always receive what they need—on time, every time.

Key Responsibilities of Logistics Specialist:

1. Manage stock in transit, ensuring 100% OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery performance.
2. Administer depot transfers and replenishment processes, including POs, SOs, pick slips, DGN notes, and import/export documentation.
3. Balance distribution costs across manufacturing and depot networks while supporting shipping with smart, agile logistics.
4. Plan and maintain stock levels across local and remote depots, ensuring high service standards.
5. Support product range optimisation and the successful launch of new products.
6. Identify and act on efficiency opportunities in the distribution network.
7. Lead the selection, onboarding, and management of 3PL and 4PL partners.
8. Ensure constant availability of assets, consumables, and spare parts critical to ship maintenance and installation.
