Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in system solutions, business analysis, or supply chain system implementation.
• Experience delivering B2B/mid-tier solutions.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• System Development & Advancement: standardize, configure, and productize supply chain systems to align with business needs.
• Solution Design & Delivery: tailor system solutions for mid-tier customers and coordinate resources for delivery.
• Testing Coordination & Reporting: oversee UAT test cases and reports to ensure quality.
• Project Management & Risk Control: lead complex projects end-to-end and manage risks.
• Documentation & Training Support: create user guides and training materials and provide ongoing support.
• Continuous Improvement: implement processes to improve service quality and efficiency across the organization.
