P+S Personnel Services Limited is assisting a client in finding a Project Manager/Logistics Manager for a full-time, permanent role in Loddon, England. This position oversees logistics projects, coordinating teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring quality and efficiency across the supply chain.

The role requires strong leadership, proactive problem solving, and excellent communication. It offers a hybrid work arrangement with 1 day WFH and 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within logistics, supply chain, marine, transport, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements.

• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Experience managing suppliers, contractors, and third-party logistics providers.
• Ability to identify risks, implement mitigation measures, and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Strong commercial awareness, including budget management and cost control.
• Experience developing and improving operational processes to increase efficiency and performance.
• Knowledge of health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
