Lithia UK Head Office is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join the Property team on a hybrid basis (1 day WFH per week). The role delivers construction projects across the UK, ensuring safety, budget, and quality while supporting CAPEX processes and governance.

You will liaise with contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders to bring projects from concept to completion. We offer a competitive package including a pension, company car, 33 days holiday and exclusive employee

Qualifications

• Experience in a project management environment within construction or property.
• Strong organiser with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience budgeting and cost reporting.
• Relevant construction/project management qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of construction projects from concept to completion.
• Assist in developing briefs, scopes, and plans aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate consultants and contractors and attend site meetings.
• Monitor costs and maintain CAPEX trackers throughout lifecycles.
• Prepare progress updates, cost plans and presentations for stakeholders.
