Mowi is seeking a Planning & Logistics Assistant at the Farms Office in Fort William. You will support accurate order processing in M3, coordinate documentation, and communicate logistics details to internal teams. A 7-day shift pattern including weekends and on-call duties is required.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, collaboration across sales, planning, operations and logistics, and providing timely reports to aid factory schedules and delivery of services to customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
• Collaborative team player with a flexible approach to shifts.
• Willingness to undertake training and development.
• Experience with order processing or ERP systems (M3 preferred).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Place provisional orders in M3 for forecast volumes.
• Enter confirmed orders accurately and check for errors.
• Process stock allocations and de-allocations; help resolve shortages.
• Prepare and issue customer documentation after order completion.
• Coordinate health certificates with DEFRA and Environmental Health Officers where required.
• Summarise airfreight requirements and share booking details with sales teams.
• Use eligibility, farm availability and transport data to support plans.
• Produce reports and data analyses as needed.
