Position: Logistics Planner

Location: Portlaoise site

What you’ll do:
  • Administer mobilisation and de-mobilisation/delivery of equipment and materials to project sites, ensuring documentation and system updates
  • Manage import/export documentation and liaise with authorities
  • Coordinate collection and delivery of equipment to/from customer sites
  • Maintain communication with transport suppliers to meet requirements
  • Monitor performance data related to On Time In Full and transport recoveries
  • Identify suitable equipment to fulfill contracts
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and audits
  • Provide expertise and advice to employees as needed
Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management
  • Knowledge of technical procedures
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work
