Stryker Group in Newbury, UK is seeking a 3PL SME on a 12-month maternity cover to coordinate logistics operations and serve as the primary liaison between Stryker Logistics Operations and its 3PL partner. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, inventory accuracy, and process improvements across multiple systems.

Responsibilities include managing 3PL relationships, overseeing inventory integrity, and leading SOP development and continuous improvement efforts to ensure best-in-class logistics

Qualifications

• Must be IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience in a regulated industry (Medical Device/Pharma) is advantageous.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work to deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary liaison between Stryker and 3PL warehouse operations to align priorities and performance.
• Lead daily calls with 3PL teams to review KPIs and set objectives.
• Conduct regular Gemba walks to assess efficiency and identify improvements.
• Monitor KPI performance and enforce service levels with the 3PL.
• Coordinate inventory alignment between Stryker Oracle and 3PL systems.
