The role focuses on reducing shrink, improving safety and store standards, and building strong partnerships with landlords and stores to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations or commercial management.
• Proven ability to build and manage cross-functional relationships.
• Experience with audits and risk assessments.
• Knowledge of health and safety and food safety compliance.
