Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a Logistics environment.
• Counterbalance forklift truck licence.
• Ability to pivot focus according to changing priorities.
• Confident in IT systems use and able to accurately enter, update, and retrieve data.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, Microsoft Office apps (Excel), and handheld scanners is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out goods inward, picking, issuing and returns to support manufacturing, R&D and internal functions.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and investigations.
• Safely transport and handle materials, ensuring quality, compliance and equipment checks.
• Support dispatch activities and cross-functional tasks as required.
• Work closely with Planning to align material availability and delivery schedules.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Management of Microsoft software and SAP, looking at production plans and warehouse KPIs.
