Job summary

Leonardo UK in Southampton seeks a hands-on Logistics Operative to manage goods through receipt, stock control, kitting, and preparation of UK and international deliveries. The role is on-site, Monday to Friday daytime, with a busy, supportive team.

Training and development are offered within a comprehensive benefits package. The successful candidate will have logistics experience (preferred), the ability to lift and move goods safely, and a positive, learning-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a logistics or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to safely lift, carry and place goods as required.
• Good attitude and willingness to learn new processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage goods accurately.
• Kit parts and prepare shipments.
• Lift, carry, and move stock safely.
• Climb steps to access and store goods.
• Ensure compliance with BPSS/NSV security requirements where applicable.
