Job summary

Leonardo UK in Southampton seeks a hands-on logistics operator to join a busy, on-site team. You’ll manage goods from receipt to delivery preparation for UK and international customers, with a Monday–Friday day shift.

Be the Backbone of a Growing Logistics Hub in Southampton

Join a busy, expanding operation where your expertise keeps materials moving smoothly and efficiently. This full-time, on-site role runs Monday to Friday during the day, placing you at the centre of a reliable and capable team.

You’ll play a hands-on role in a small, agile team managing the entire flow of materials through the business-from goods receipt and stock control to kitting parts and preparing deliveries for UK and international customers.

• Receive and manage goods accurately
• Kit parts and prepare shipments
• Lift, carry, and move stock safely
• Climb steps to access and store goods
• Follow Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) practices where applicable

What you’ll bring

• Previous experience in a logistics or warehouse environment is preferred
• Ability to safely climb steps and carry/place goods as required
