Job summary

Johnson Matthey in Royston, UK is seeking a Logistics Operator to join our production support team. You will operate mobile plant and equipment, deliver materials to production areas, and maintain stock records in our stores IT systems.

You will also handle receipt, storage and issue of production consumables and prepare shipments with accurate documentation. The role offers a competitive salary with benefits and flexible/hybrid working options where applicable, supporting your safety and career

Qualifications

• GCSE A-C in Maths and English or equivalent.
• Forklift counterbalance license is required.
• Proficient with IT and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Operate all mobile plant and equipment safely (Counterbalance forklift).
• Deliver materials internally to production areas.
• Maintain stock levels in IT programs used by stores.
• Process receipts, storage and issue of production consumables.
• Prepare and check shipments including transport documentation.
• Verify waste transfer documentation for customer receipts.
