Job summary

Ann Summers is recruiting for a Logistics Operative to join our Paddock Wood distribution centre in Kent. The role is full time, 5 over 7 days with a 7:30–15:30 shift and some peak season flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, logistics, FMCG or fast-paced operational environment.
• Comfortable undertaking physical tasks, including lifting and moving stock.
• Commitment to health and safety and good housekeeping standards.
• Team player with flexible, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing stock deliveries.
• Picking and packing retail, online, wholesale and third‑party orders.
• Inventory management and stock counting.
• Returns and reverse logistics processing.
• Quality control and product rework activities.
• Delivering against individual KPIs and team targets.
• Maintaining health, safety and housekeeping standards.
• Supporting operational improvements and team initiatives.
• Cross-training across multiple warehouse functions.
