Job summary

Ann Summers is seeking a Logistics Operative to join our Distribution Centre team in Kent. In this full-time role you will help us deliver products quickly, accurately and with care by handling stock, packing orders, and supporting across multiple warehouse functions.

You’ll work 7:30–15:30, Monday to Friday with peak-season flexibility. Benefits include 26,525 salary, 29 days holiday, pension, staff discounts and plenty of opportunities to learn and grow within the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics or fast-paced operations.
• Able to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving stock.
• Committed to health and safety and good housekeeping.
• Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting those around you.
• Pride in delivering high-quality, accurate work.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing stock deliveries.
• Picking and packing retail, online, wholesale, and third-party orders.
• Inventory management and stock counting.
• Returns and reverse logistics processing.
• Quality control and product rework activities.
• Delivering against KPIs and team targets.
• Maintaining health, safety and housekeeping standards.
• Supporting operational improvements and cross-training.
• Be an ambassador for the Ann Summers brand.
