Thrive Shepton are delighted to be working with our client based in Langport. They are looking for Packing Operatives to join a friendly team. Temp - Perm position to start as soon as possible.

Main duties include:

1. Stack trays onto pallets as per customer requirements
2. Lift and handle trays with an average weight of 22kg per tray
3. Work efficiently in a fast-paced, cold storage environment
4. Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
5. Assist with general warehouse duties as required

Ideal candidates will have the following:

1. Ability to handle repetitive heavy lifting (up to 22kg per tray)
2. Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to work at speed
4. Team player with a good work ethic and reliable attendance
5. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential - full training provided
