Location: Bristol
Salary: £636.34 per week

• Able to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern working nights, 4pm - 4am
• Willing to work a flexible shift pattern including days, nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays
• Experience in a similar role within FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
• Ability to work safely and consider the safety of others
• Good attention to detail with a focus on Quality and Health & Safety
• Able to adapt to change and undertake various activities across our operation
• Demonstrate teamwork and effective communication to develop relationships with team members and other teams across the site

Be an essential part of our close-knit team, dedicated to ensuring our products reach our customers in top condition.

You will work in a versatile shift environment, supporting our 24/7 food manufacturing operation. Your role involves working across departments, maintaining hygiene, operating bakery machinery, and supporting automated plant equipment, ensuring quality and safety standards are upheld.

About Us

Our Bristol Bakery and Distribution depot is located at Severn Beach, near Bristol, easily accessible from the M5 and Severn Bridge.

We operate three state-of-the-art manufacturing plants. Bristol is home to our latest innovation, The Bagel, producing over 160,000 units of bakery products weekly for the UK market.

With nearly 400 colleagues from over 21 nationalities working across various shifts, we operate 363 days a year, 24/7. Bristol also serves as a Driver Training Centre and Distribution hub.
