WHSmith is seeking a Logistics Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across our retail and distribution network. You will lead and develop teams, build a positive culture, coach performance, and ensure compliant, safe, and efficient operations in our stores and warehouses.

You will partner with store teams, landlords, and support functions to reduce shrink, optimise processes, and embed high standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail operations or commercial management.
• Strong cross-functional relationship building across teams.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, food safety compliance, and risk management.
• Experience conducting audits and performing thorough risk assessments.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
