Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Stevenage is seeking a Logistics Operations and Stock Controller for a 6-month contract, onsite only. You will compile and deliver kits, consumables and raw materials to production and test areas, ensuring timely, accurate material flow.

Role involves managing stock in a cleanroom environment, using SAP for inventory control, performing weekly cycle counts and 5S audits, and coordinating shipments including Dangerous Goods and customs paperwork.

Qualifications

• Experience working in Class 100 cleanroom.
• SAP and stock control IT literacy.
• Team working and kit compilation.
• Handling of flight/sensitive equipment stock control.
• Good level of detail and numeracy.
• Experience in a similar industry advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Compile and deliver kits, consumables and raw materials to production areas.
• Visibility and control of kits for Storage & Distribution pre/post project delivery.
• Control of hazardous /high value/highly sensitive goods.
• Perform weekly cycle counts.
• Input to Daily kit status report.
• Perform weekly 5S audits.
• Monitor and raise interplant shipments.
• Manage dispatch including Dangerous Goods, Customs invoice, and transport bookings.

Our client has an opportunity for a Logistics Operations and Stock Controller to join them on a 6 month contract with possible extension. You will be providing the timely and accurate compilation and delivery of kits, consumables \"as required\" items and raw materials to the production, assembly, integration and test areas.

Role: Logistics Operations and Stock Controller
Location: Stevenage, fully onsite
Hourly Rate: £20.10 per hour via Umbrella, inside IR35
Clearance: full SC required before starting
Hours: 37 hours per week between the hours of 8am-5pm

What you\'ll be doing:

• The compilation and delivery of kits, consumables \"as required\" items and raw materials to production, assembly, integration and test areas...
• The visibility and control of kits for Storage & Distribution Pre & Post Project Delivery.
• The control of hazardous /high value/hyper sensitive goods.
• Perform weeklyCycle counts
• Input to Daily kit status report
• Perform weekly 5S audits
• Monitoring & raising of interplant shipments.
• Capacity to manage dispatch (Dangerous Goods, Customs invoice, booking of transport on web portals…)

Requirements:
