KPI Recruiting is seeking a Logistics Manager for our client based in London.

Working Hours and Compensation

Monday - Friday (weekends may be required); Varied working hours.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.

Responsibilities

1. Manage third-party logistics partners to ensure service quality.
2. Serve as the primary contact for transportation with key customers, fostering strong relationships with the Partner and Customer Success teams.
3. Plan and schedule delivery time slots, optimizing routes and resources to meet customer expectations.
4. Address and resolve logistics-related complaints and issues.
5. Monitor supplier health metrics, track KPIs, and report regularly.
6. Engage proactively with partner and customer success teams to understand their needs and provide solutions.
7. Communicate customer feedback to sales and support teams.
8. Conduct quarterly reviews with suppliers to discuss performance and future goals.

Candidate Requirements

1. Proven experience in logistics.
2. Experience in warehouse management or transportation with a focus on customer service.
3. Strong understanding of third-party logistics and management processes.
4. Excellent communication skills for dealing with customers and vendors.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
