Our client is seeking an experienced Inbound Logistics Manager with a successful track record managing logistics teams within the fashion industry. Responsibilities include managing import documentation, maintaining accurate records, sending ASNs to warehouses, and creating export invoices.

Ideal Candidate

• At least 3 years of experience managing inbound shipments in the fashion industry
• Ability to multitask across multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive problem-solving approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Approachable personality with good interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Zedonk is a plus but not essential
• Manage all inbound stock movements to UK and EU warehouses, collaborating with the Logistics Manager on inbound shipments
• Oversee all inbound air and sea shipments with forwarders to UK and EU
• Plan and track orders and shipments from suppliers to warehouses
• Coordinate shipment information with freight forwarders
• Maintain good relationships with external partners such as freight forwarders and suppliers
• Work closely with production on inbound purchase orders
• Handle all import documentation, record-keeping, ASN sending, and invoice creation
• Assist with customer queries, shipment planning, and portal updates
• Keep accurate delivery records, verify invoices, POs, and delivery paperwork
• Resolve system and warehouse discrepancies promptly
• Address internal stock status queries and inbound delivery updates
• Monitor and communicate inbound overview reports and PO trackers for wholesale and e-commerce stock
• Implement measures to prevent delays and quality issues
• Manage overall stock inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels (e.g., DT stock)
• Distribute weekly stock and inbound reports to relevant teams
